I recently learned that facilities in New York can now register as care givers and it opens up a safe and legal avenue for patients in facilities to have guided access to medical cannabis. The stigma around cannabis is fading, and more and more we are seeing medical marijuana products improving the quality of life for patients with 1,000's of medical conditions. The mayo clinic for example, in Minnesota has allowed for years for patients to be treated with medical marijuana products in the facility and have well documented the positive impacted its had. Hopefully more facilities in New York will sign up as caregivers, the list of allowable facilities is long! And the process to enroll seems very simple.…
